
Dr Jo-Anne Gibb
Owner of The Vets @ 66
Jo-Anne qualified from Onderstepoort (University Of Pretoria) in 2006 then completed her Honours in Companion Animal Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging in 2010.
After working in multiple mixed practices, Jo-Anne decided to purchase an operating practice in Barberton, which she ran successfully for 7 years.
In 2015, Karen Barker and Jo-Anne decided to venture into a new service-orientated Veterinary Practice in Nelspruit and so The Vets @ 66 was born!. Karen sold her share of the practice to Jo-Anne in 2020 to relocate overseas.
Jo-Anne is an experienced and passionate vet who cares deeply about her patients and their owners.


Dr Maricke Ueckermann
Veterinary Surgeon at The Vets @ 66
Maricke qualified as a vet from the University of Pretoria (Onderstepoort) in 2015. She then spent a year doing Community Service in Witbank where she acquired experience in disease control and primary animal health care. In 2017 she joined a private practice in Pretoria, and moved to Nelspruit to combine forces with The Vets@66 in 2018.
Maricke is a dedicated vet, who believes in a high standard of care for her patients.


Dr Molly Lubbinge
Veterinary Surgeon at The Vets @ 66
Molly got her veterinary degree from the University of Pretoria (Onderstepoort) in 2018 before moving to Nelspruit for her Community Service year. After completing her CCS year, she decided to stay in Nelspruit and joined the Vets@66 team in 2020.
Molly grew up with a lot of pets and wanted to become a vet since she was 4 years old.


Dr Callan Barrat-Gibson
Veterinary Surgeon at The Vets @ 66
Dr Callan Graduate from the University of Pretoria (Onderstepoort) in 2019. She completed her Compulsory Community Service (CCS) year in 2020 where she was placed in the Eastern Cape and got to work in a rural clinic and in import/export control. She moved to Nelspruit in January 2021 and join the incredible Vets@66 team as her husband is completely his CCS in Nelspruit.
Callan has always wanted to be a vet and to give love and help to all animals she handles. Her first words was dog and she hasn’t looked back since.
